For example standard support for certain products and configurations will consist of a base fee of £5,000 per annum plus £10 per user per month. Oyster IMS can also provide enhanced support for an additional fee which includes additional onsite support from an Oyster IMS engineer.

Customer data is retained for the life of the contract with EncompaaS unless deleted by the customer through the UI of the application. In the event of contract termination, a copy of customer data is provided to the customer and all remaining data on EncompaaS systems is deleted within thirty days of contract termination
