• How the support service works: This is a troubleshooting and advice service for prior attendees to one of our training courses, to enable them to continue self-learning and troubleshoot following completion of one of our training courses. It is an annual subscription that is charged per person per technology (e.g. Power BI or Alteryx), as well as an annual flat fee per organisation per technology. ; ; Requests will be responded to by an experienced consultant or trainer. This, for example, could allow people to pivot their career following loss of employment as a result of COVID-19.; ; Our training courses are accessible in person or remotely and focus on instilling ways of working for the modern workplace that aid teams on working remotely successfully (e.g. for those shielding, or recovering from the mental or physical effects of Covid-19)
