End-of-contract data extraction
All relevant data is included in the PDF exports during day to day usage. Customers must ensure they have exported all data before the end of the contract.
End-of-contract process
We coordinate with the customer, to determine a final date to stop patient invites whilst allowing access to the clinical portal to finalise care of remaining patients. Following this access will be removed. Extended periods of clinical portal access will be chargeable.
