Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
You will be provided with a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will be your main point of contact. Their role is to work with your team to achieve your ‘success criteria’ as well as supporting the onboarding, training and implementation of the product. You will have direct access via email and a mobile telephone number.

Training will usually be conducted live online, and is supported by context sensitive videos and articles throughout the application.

End-of-contract data extraction
Users can make a data extract request and data will be supplied using approved secure media.
End-of-contract process
At the end of the contract, you may request a copy of all data held in the system. This will be provided in csv format.

It is possible to extend the data retention period for an additional cost.

All data that we hold will be securely destoryed / erased using AVG Data Shredder.

The Shine Interview platform is hosted within Microsoft Azure. Azure meets a broad set of international and industry-specific compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, HIPAA, FedRAMP, SOC 1 and SOC 2, as well as country-specific standards, such as Australia IRAP, UK G-Cloud and Singapore MTCS.

The platform uses active capacity monitoring to scale database and webservers ahead of the demand curve.
