• Service constraints: This service is delivered as professional consultancy and advisory support, with scope, deliverables, duration, and delivery approach defined at call-off. Delivery is primarily remote unless otherwise agreed. Activities are tailored to buyer requirements within the published service definition and pricing model. The supplier does not assume operational ownership of buyer environments. Delivery is dependent on buyer-provided access, information, and timely engagement.

This includes standard engagement support during agreed working patterns, and enhanced or time-bound support where increased availability or escalation is required, explicitly agreed at call-off or during critical delivery phases through the engagement governance arrangements.
