Service scope

Service constraints
Migration is dependent on the quality, format, and completeness of legacy data provided by the buyer. Source systems must allow data export in accessible formats (e.g. CSV, XML, Excel, SQL) or API connections. Some complex field mappings or third-party system limitations may require manual workarounds. Support is delivered remotely; onsite services are not included unless separately agreed.

Support response times
We respond to all questions within one working day, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (UK time). Queries received outside of these hours, including weekends, are logged and responded to on the next working day. Urgent queries during live migration phases receive priority attention.

Support levels
Support is provided by the lead allocated consultant for the client’s data migration project. They act as the first point of contact for all queries, issues, and updates throughout the migration process. In their absence, the consultancy manager assumes responsibility. Further escalation is available through Technoivity’s standard escalation procedure. Projects typically run for 2 to 6 weeks per Data Migration cycle, depending on data volume and complexity. This is a scoped migration service and does not include ongoing support post-migration unless otherwise agreed.
