Support levels
We provide three tiers of support for our customers using Quantumics.AI on AWS with committed consumption contracts: Business, Enterprise and Enterprise Plus.
All tiers provide access to our support portal (an online repository of documentation, guides, best practices, and more) and Quantumics Standard Support (limited to break/fix support for the Quantumics) for a number of named contacts. Support Service Hours are 9AM - 5PM on business days, with the exception of Production support customers who receive 24x7x365 for severity 1 and 2 issues.
The cost for each tier is as follows:
- Business: greater of $700 / month or 15% of annual committed consumption;
- Enhanced: greater of $1000 / month or 20% of annual committed consumption;
- Production: greater of $5,000 / month or 25% of annual committed consumption;
A named Engineer will be allocated to customers with a qualifying consumption commitment. Additional assistance (including onsite) can be purchased as consulting services and RSA hours at any time and will be delivered by our professional services team.

End-of-contract process
At the end of the committed capacity contract either (a) a renewal may be agreed or (b) the customer's workspace remains accessible but billing reverts to the pay-as-you-go cost model paid through monthly invoices or on a payment card.

Approach to resilience
Our platform is built to be resilient within the region using best practice cloud-first architecture. Individual application components are stateless and will be automatically restarted on failure.
Customers storing their data in AWS S3 will have guarantees of data durability in line with the tier of that service they are using.
Databricks clusters are resilient to hardware failure and will automatically provision new nodes in the cluster and retry computations of the failed node when required.

Quantumics.AI has a formal, documented Change Management Policy communicated to constituents, approved by management, and reviewed at least once per year. Changes must be authorized, tested, approved, and documented. Databricks has also implemented a secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) that is designed to ensure that security best practices are an integral part of development. The SDLC covers formal design reviews by the security team, threat modelling, automated and manual code peer review, as well as penetration testing by a leading security firm. Additionally, developers are trained in secure coding practices.
