2) Solution Architecture and Design: We assess the current technical capabilities against the use cases. We then provide options for cloud vendors and standard reference architectures for the new cloud data platform that can meet the use cases.
3) Implementation planning: We provide a plan with timescales, costs and roadmap for implementation. We can also provide assistance in RFI and RFP processes if required.
