- Support response times
- Elastic offers out-of-hours and weekend support as part of its higher support tiers. Standard support is provided during business hours only, Monday to Friday. For customers running mission-critical workloads, Elastic’s Enhanced and Premium support tiers provide 24/7/365 coverage, including weekends and public holidays, with defined SLA response times for critical issues. This level of coverage is bundled into the higher support tiers rather than sold as a standalone add-on and therefore comes at a higher cost. Customers should select their support tier based on the operational criticality of their Elastic deployment.
