- This service does not include Vena software licences. Customers must procure Vena separately. Delivery is remote by default; on-site work is optional and chargeable. Successful delivery depends on timely access to customer data, systems, and stakeholders. Data quality in source systems may affect outcomes and timelines. Scope must be defined in a Statement of Work; changes outside scope require formal variation. The service provides consultancy and configuration only and does not replace statutory financial responsibilities.

Support is provided within agreed project or support agreements during UK business hours (09:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Requests are managed via email and scheduled calls, and categorised by impact:
Advisory – Questions on configuration, usage, or best practice. Addressed through guidance and scheduled responses.
Operational – Issues affecting agreed delivery activities or configured models. Prioritised within the engagement plan and assigned to a named consultant.
Critical – Issues blocking agreed delivery milestones. Escalated to the delivery lead and prioritised for resolution.
Escalation routes are agreed at project initiation, including named contacts on both sides. Response and resolution targets are defined in the Statement of Work or support agreement.
This service complements, but does not replace, Vena’s own product support. Product defects or platform outages remain the responsibility of the software vendor.

Sybernet are currently a Level 2 service provider with less than 300,000 transactions annually and so they complete an SAQ, a Quarterly scan by an ASV (they use Qualys as their Approved Scanning Vendor) and provide an attestation of compliance (AOC).
