Support levels
This service is focused on the deployment of a PPM application i.e. a fixed duration service and not an ongoing service. During the actual deployment support will be provided by the active team. As part of a standard deployment we extend this support for a period of 4 weeks (hypercare) to ensure the application is deployed and embedded. Outside this period we can provide ad hoc support at rates based on our SIFA rate card. We can also provide a support contract where a number of support days are pre-purchased and used as required. This is typically charged at a flat fee and covers whatever skills or experience is required to address the issue or change. These contracts typically run for 12 months and can be extended or supplemented if more support is needed than expected. Controls are included to ensure any work is conducted within agreed limits so that days are not used unless approved by the client. Outside of this each deployment has an Engagement Manager responsible for that deployment and they can always be contacted outside the actual deployment timeframe if required.
