Qualitest has a large pool of tool and technology agnostic career oriented automation engineers across the globe. We have developed an established Shift Left & Shift Right techniques to ensure functional automation and performance validations are performed across SDLC phases to improve quality across phases and future proof the projects delivered through agile, waterfall, iterative methodology. This helps to assure quality by identifying defects early through automation that results in minimising overall cost of service. Qualitest has partnership with many industry leading tool vendors and have created several inhouse solutions to accelerate automation scripting, enhance automation test coverage through optimal reusable modular script, improve quality and reduce cost through test automation. We have built a reusable automation script modules base on sector/domain specific solutions that can be readily leveraged.
We augment our functional automation with client-side application performance monitoring by measuring, analysing performance metrics through integration of performance validation tools with test automation frameworks. This process integrates gathering various metrics, events, logs and traces to highlight performance issues. We use a combination of industry leading monitoring , cloud native, open-source tools and inhouse full stack monitoring capability to provide monitoring and tuning the solution hosted on cloud, hybrid and on-premises.

We provide an Account Delivery Manager with a dedicated phone number and email for the engagement, and they are your Point of Contact, and you will have direct access to them. They are focused on the successful delivery of our services, and manage the governance and reporting. This will be built into the cost of the service.
Basic support is 8.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday, additional support can be arranged as needed, there may be an additional charge. Weekend cover can be provided for escalations and cutover activities on arrangement.

We leverage technology to reduce travel through online collaboration, and our expenses policy mandates the use of public transport when it is required. We have closed underutilised offices to reduce emissions and commuting. Less commuting improves air quality, reduces greenhouse emissions and the consumption of fossil fuels, while also reducing paper and single-plastic use, and office energy consumption.
