Our service operates within agreed maintenance windows for platform updates and security patching. Support is provided for agreed hosting environments and approved technology stacks to ensure stability and compliance. Integrations depend on the availability and maturity of third party APIs. AI features require appropriate data governance approvals. Service availability and response times are defined through agreed service levels

Yes. Users can raise support requests by email or through our online ticketing system. During UK business hours (09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) we acknowledge tickets within 1 hour for critical incidents, within 4 hours for high priority issues, and within 1 business day for standard requests. At weekends and outside business hours, critical incidents are acknowledged within 2 hours. Other priorities are acknowledged on the next business day.

Support levels
Support levels We provide three structured support levels aligned to our Hosting, Maintenance and Support SLA.
Level 1 support
First-line help desk support during UK business hours, 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays. Requests are logged, triaged and resolved where possible, or escalated to specialist teams. This level is included within all hosting packages.
Level 2 support
Application administrators and subject matter specialists handle operational issues and advanced diagnostics. This level resolves non-code issues and manages infrastructure and application stability. Included within all packages, with extended hours and on-call support available at additional cost.

Level 3 support
Senior application specialists provide deep technical support, including code fixes, root cause analysis and complex incident resolution. This level is engaged for critical issues and is included within contracted support hours.
Optional 24/7 on-call support is available from £600 per month, depending on package.

Account management
All clients have access to senior cloud support engineers. A dedicated technical account manager or support manager is provided for Silver and Gold services.
