Following a formal request to terminate the Geoworks licencing agreement, Forest Rock will cease to provide the service on the agreed termination date in accordance with the licence terms.
Forest Rock will provide data exports by email or FTP file transfer in an agreed-upon common format for up to three months after termination.
Off-boarding costs are not covered by the Geoworks pricing but can be provided separately by our Professional Services team, depending on any specific requirements.

- Forest Rock commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to make the GeoWorks service available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (excluding planned downtime and emergency downtime periods). Forest Rock provides a minimum 7 day notice period for all planned downtime. Forest Rock aims to achieve uptime availability of 99% in line with Azure Hosting. Contractural obligations and service level performance\penalties are negotiated on a contract to contract basis.
