ATS Project Planning services, for the implementation of the Workato and related services, is conducted through a 1 month engagement. During this engagement, we structure and plan a path from analysis and requirements gathering to architecture, Install, configuration, design and delivery.
We assure your integration platform is deployed within a strategic cloud, Multi Cloud or Hybrid architecture and linked closely to a forward looking data architecture. Once this is done we look closely at programme and project expectations step-by-step and provides a delivery approach that allows our consultants to detail the activities required.

As part of our delivery planning we assure each stage of the project is properly assessed, and best practice is followed. ATS consultants Quality Assessment is delivered by the same team of experts available within our Workato specialist team. ATS consultants utilise Test automation as a key part of project delivery. Continuous testing and automation are set up wherever possible for functional and regression testing and utilised for consistency and to save time and effort.
Performance testing is also done in regular intervals. The ATS Workato team will tune the system for optimal performance based on sizing and requirements.
The Test Automation scripts for integration are also part of the delivery plan for to ensure integration efficiency.

Agile Tech Services was founded with strong environmental principles and we have sought to continually improve our performance, with our carbon footprint per employee in our last report at around 28% of the average of equivalent office based businesses (Source: report from carbonfootprint.com).
We actively strive and encourage our team-members to conserve water and energy usage, minimise waste, and promote environmentally responsible working practices throughout our business. We are committed to managing our Carbon footprint to reach Net Zero and will track our emissions and announce initiatives on publicly available report on our website annually. Initiatives include:
• Energy reduction program – switch off policy, what runs, runs when needed only.
• Following Energy audit undertaken we have procured certified 100% renewable electricity contracts for our premises.
• Move to virtual meetings using Microsoft Teams.
• Where work circumstances allow, employees given options for flexible working model to
reduce office accommodation requirements.
• Install showering and changing facilities at our head office to encourage cycling to work
