A key part of the migration/implementation process is Internal and User Acceptance Testing.
Systems will be bug tested, resilience tested and load tested, then handed to a group of pilot users for acceptance testing. We then proceed to Migration Rehearsals, where migration testing will be performed and scrutinised to ensure that final go-live migration is performed without issues.
D2NA will then perform the final migration and go-live in accordance with the project plan.
