How the setup or migration service works
Otagem works with the customer to understand the 'current state' data model in their source system(s), and the desired 'future state' data model in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint and/or Teams).

We then design the optimum method of migrating data between these models, using either dedicated migration tools, or, where necessary, creating custom migration tooling.

This ensures migration of content files, versions, metadata and permissions to ensure the migration of data to the cloud (or between cloud services) is complete, accurate and meets the customer and End User needs.
