- Differences between the mobile and desktop service
- The mobile app (EH Work) is designed for daily tasks like clocking in/out, viewing payslips, and managing leave. Employees can log breaks and view timesheets, while managers can approve leave and monitor goals. However, banking, superannuation, and tax updates require desktop access. The web platform offers full feature access including onboarding, compliance, reporting, and the GO1 learning module. Some features—like updating payroll details—are only available on desktop. Mobile access also depends on plan level: Free users can only view payslips, while Standard/Premium users have broader functionality. GO1 Learn works on mobile browsers but not through the EH Work app.
