Project One is an award winning independent SME. Our purpose is to make a difference. Our core services are Project and Programme Management, Change Management and PMO. Each member of our team has at least 20 years of delivery experience. We roll up our sleeves and deliver value from the outset.
Central to Project One is our focus on our people and our contribution to Social Value. Our Charity Committee coordinates the work we do on making a difference to great causes across the country.
During 2023 we supported 36 organisations - including the International Red Cross, Shelter and multiple local charities such as the Whitegate Station Community Group, Middlewich and District Food Bank, Smart Works and Cheshire Cat Rescue. We ran several companywide events including the Yorkshire 3 Peaks Challenge, our own Sports Day and a companywide painting competition.
In 2024, our focus is running at least one Project One wide event each quarter, donating to national and international charities that support families, individuals and children affected by natural disasters and conflicts. We also continue to support local charities that are close to our Project One colleagues.
