Our SOC is based on Microsoft Defender XDR and Sentinel and our Managed Services provide a standard suite of tools and processes that can provide everything from full IT managed service to specific project delivery.

Support is provided for a variety of solutions and can range from routine maintenance services, up to complete system support.

Additional Hypercare and 24/7 system support is also available.

However, our experience is that these can normally be overcome and we are not currently aware of any significant constraints over our ability to deliver these services.
