1) Mobilise – Kick-off, agree on the scope of work and level of support required. This stage also includes planning and scheduling, set-up communication, and clarifying dependencies.

2) Deploy – Customised deployment plans will be created to support the business needs.

3) Activate – Enable the service, set up user access, and provide knowledge transfer and documentation.

Secon will assist with setting up and migrating the cloud service. This is achieved by discovering the current setup, designing the required solution, and deploying the cloud service, including helping to enable the required features and functions and necessary configuration.

Project Manager will undertake console training - including how to raise tickets, view reporting and maximise the service capabilities to meet their specific needs.

ADI (Active Directory Integration) utilised to allow clients' user information to be migrated with Secon, before the service goes live.

We have a robust internal quality management process, where our solution have undergone testing and validation before any deployment. We review each stage of the delivery process with all parties concerned. We additionally have an approver process, when progressing from one phase to the next, to ensure all and issues are identified and resolved. We also practice a continuous improvement approach throughout the organisation, thereby striving towards achieving a high quality standard.

Our quality assurance and performance include test/dummy email sent to the client's SAT project manager to ensure delivery of email (after whitelisting instructions are completed)

Additionally, phishing emails go through a customer approval process to ensure user satisfaction.
