- Information security policies and processes
- Our policy establishes how the organisation protects the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of its information. It applies to all employees and third-party users and is driven by risk, legal and regulatory obligations, and business needs. The Managing Director commits to supporting and continually improving the information security management system. Effective information security ensures compliance, appropriate data access, GDPR protection, and responsible data handling. Objectives include safeguarding information, managing third-party risks, providing resources, and promoting a strong security culture. Responsibilities are shared by all staff, supported by defined roles, monitoring, training, and regular audits.
Operational security
- Configuration and change management standard
- Supplier-defined controls
- Configuration and change management approach
- Our policy manages risks arising from organisational changes and applies to all employees and third-party users. Change requests are submitted through the company platform, approved by management, prioritised, and recorded in a change register. All changes undergo risk and impact assessments, testing, version control, communication to users, and include rollback procedures. Change freezes may be implemented at critical times. Emergency changes may bypass standard processes but require senior approval and documentation. Unauthorised changes are reported and subject to continual improvement actions. Compliance is monitored through audits and reports; exceptions require approval, and non-compliance may result in disciplinary action.
- Vulnerability management type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Vulnerability management approach
- This policy ensures timely patching of operating systems, software, firmware, and all ISO 27001 in-scope assets used by employees and third parties. All assets must be updated according to vendor guidance and industry best practice. Automated patching, monitoring, alerting, and reporting are used where possible, with endpoint and production systems checked every 30 days and non-compliance corrected promptly. Patching in production follows the change management process. Exceptions are recorded, reviewed, and risk-managed through the Management Review Team. Devices that cannot be patched are added to the risk register. Patches are applied in accordance with vendor schedules and severity ratings.
- Protective monitoring type
- Supplier-defined controls
- Protective monitoring approach
- Our protective monitoring approach identifies potential compromises through continuous surveillance using enterprise-grade antivirus, management agents, and a cyber security platform that scans systems for known CVE vulnerabilities. Alerts from these tools highlight suspicious activity, outdated assets, or indicators of compromise. When a potential compromise is detected, it is immediately triaged, investigated, and escalated according to its severity. High-risk alerts trigger rapid containment actions such as isolating affected devices or revoking access. We aim to respond to incidents as quickly as possible—typically within hours for critical issues—to minimise impact and ensure systems are restored securely and efficiently.
