Support levels
Our services are delivered to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and we manage all support and project work via Autotask. This allows us to track and monitor workloads and gives our customers an online logon to keep up to date with work in progress.
Each incident is recorded in Autotask with details of the customer’s specific issue and given a unique identification number for reference. This provides both the customer and our engineers with a complete history of any action taken and time allocated to the call.
For each new incident raised, the user will receive an email confirming the details of the issue with a call reference number. Calls are logged against assets as well as users, which helps us identify problem systems and where appropriate, any training that may be required.
Should an escalation to a Senior Engineer or the Helpdesk Manager be required, Autotask workflow (automation) manage this effectively.
We rely on Autotask to provide regular updates and information regarding non-performing services/systems therefore we are often notified of, and have fixed the issue, before the customer is aware of a problem. All Service Desk personnel have personal dashboards within Autotask which highlight issues immediately.
