Service constraints
Our services are delivered remotely via video conferencing, screen-sharing tools and/or via email. On-site consultancy/support is available as an additional cost where required, subject to resource availability and travel/accommodation costs. Standard consultancy/support operates during UK business hours (9am-5pm Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays). Enhanced consultancy/support packages can include extended hours and/or weekend coverage by arrangement and additional cost. The majority of consultants are UK-based and can obtain appropriate BPSS security clearance when working with government organisations requiring such vetting. Support is provided in English. Response times vary by consultancy/support tier as detailed in our service description.

Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

  • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
