- A well designed and built app needs to be underpinned by the applicable user base and supported by user documentation. WM Reply provides user documentation across all our application offerings as standard. Depending on the organisational maturity we will build and deliver applications following your Centre of Excellence deployment pipelines as set up in the ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) section. In the absence of a CoE we will build and deliver according to best practises as to not become an obstacle in the eventual deployment of a CoE. Build is delivered in sprints with transparency to your stakeholders in the form of daily stand-ups, and access to our ADO (Azure DevOps) board where you will have full oversight into the User Stories, Sprints, Tasks and associated effort in the development of your app. Internal testing is completed before the application is handed over to UAT (User Acceptance Training) where final testing and validations are performed by the client. Release to Production is orchestrated together with the client and with the option to surround the release with an Adoption and Change Management program to help spread awareness and increase adoption within your target audience.

During any project we have a quality assurance (QA) and testing stream in order to ensure the solution we develop and configure, is to a high enough standard and to the agreed quality. During the discovery and requirements gathering phase, our consultants ensure that any functionality and requirements are documented accordingly along with acceptance criteria and associated test scripts. This enables us to verify the deliverables meet the agreed criteria and we have dedicated testers on the project to ensure that these are tested and fed back in a cyclical manor, during the project.
Our preferred tool is the Azure Dev Ops (Visual Studio Online) platform and associated methodology, however we are flexible and adopt various client 3rd party software preferences in order to facilitate our QA processes, including JIRA.
