The service is primarily delivered remotely. Onsite support is available by agreement. Support coverage, response times and service scope depend on the selected service tier. The service supports Atlassian, GitHub and GitLab platforms and agreed integrations only. Implementation of recommendations requires customer approval and collaboration. Customers must provide appropriate access and nominate contacts. Third-party vendor limitations and licensing terms may apply.
