• How the setup or migration service works: The following is a overview of how we support the migration of Cloud hosting services:; ; Planning - A robust plan will be put into place clearly defining the data that is to be transferred snd the cut off for when it will transition. The plan will define all the steps to be carried out and capture sign off and evidence of all completed tasks; ; Validation - Validation steps will be built into several stages of the plan to evidence tasks have completed succesfully; ; Back-out plan - A back-out plan will be put into place in case of any problems so that we can roll back to where we were prior to the migration if needs be; ; Migration - The data to be migrated will be defined (number of fields, transactions, values etc.) which will be reconciled to the data once it has been migrated in order to evidence completeness and accuracy of the migration; ; UAT - User acceptance testing scripts will be designed to ensure the data is tested by all areas affected to confirm and validate the effectiveness of the migration; ; Post Live - Evaluation and after life support for migration
