Project Plan - Develop a robust plan identifying all dependencies and milestones
Security Architect - Document the technical design ensuring all IT controls are in place (Data transfer, Backups, User Access, Change Mgt, documentation, cyber security etc.)

The following is a overview of how we support the migration of Cloud hosting services:
Planning - A robust plan will be put into place clearly defining the data that is to be transferred snd the cut off for when it will transition. The plan will define all the steps to be carried out and capture sign off and evidence of all completed tasks
Validation - Validation steps will be built into several stages of the plan to evidence tasks have completed succesfully
Back-out plan - A back-out plan will be put into place in case of any problems so that we can roll back to where we were prior to the migration if needs be
Migration - The data to be migrated will be defined (number of fields, transactions, values etc.) which will be reconciled to the data once it has been migrated in order to evidence completeness and accuracy of the migration
UAT - User acceptance testing scripts will be designed to ensure the data is tested by all areas affected to confirm and validate the effectiveness of the migration
Post Live - Evaluation and after life support for migration - Setup or migration service is for specific cloud services

Our Team comprise of experienced auditors who have implemented complex SOX compliant changes. We will ensure that all major deliveries are clearly tested, evaluated and evidence is retained to demonstrate success to any third party.
We will review the end to end process snd milestones and document all the risks that can affect quality and performance. We will then capture the controls or checks that need to be in place to mitigate those risks.
The next step will be to develop test scripts that independently validate the quality and performance of each step of the implementation and these will capture and report any deficiencies.
The results of these will be shared at each stage snd may become the gatekeeper to move to the next stage of the implementation.
