This support is included within our day-rate pricing, and there are no additional costs unless enhanced or extended-hours support is specifically requested and agreed in advance.; ; For each engagement, clients are assigned a senior cloud consultant or architect who acts as the primary point of contact, providing continuity, technical leadership and direct access to expertise.
