Each customer has a dedicated account manager, however, all staff are capable of supporting each customer. Our support levels are flexible to meet the needs of the client. Standard support hours are 8am-6pm Monday - Friday. We have three tiers of support; Platinum, Gold & Silver, that have different SLA target times.
