- Support levels
-
Support is provided on a project-based, buyer-selected basis, rather than fixed or ongoing support tiers. Buyers may choose the level of support required depending on internal capacity and delivery preference. This may include advisory input and training, partial delivery support alongside internal teams, or full delivery of assessment activities on the buyer’s behalf for defined periods.
All support is scoped and agreed in advance, with delivery aligned to the buyer’s objectives, timetable and resource availability. Pricing is based on the level of effort required, typically using day rates or capped project fees, providing transparency and flexibility. There are no mandatory minimum commitments or recurring support charges.
The service does not include service desk provision, incident management, or ongoing operational support. Communication and issue management are handled within the agreed project governance structure.
Delivery is undertaken by named consultants or approved delivery partners operating under 1st Planner’s governance and quality assurance arrangements. A dedicated technical account manager or cloud support engineer is not provided outside the agreed project delivery team, ensuring the service remains time-limited and avoids long-term dependency.
