How the planning service works
Prior to onboarding new customers, pre-requisites will be completed. These will allow service configuration and service levels to be agreed and combined into an Operations Manual. The Operations Manual details the on-boarding process, training options, support contact details and security configuration. "How to" details are included in the Operations Guide, a bespoke customer specific guide on performing everyday functions.
