ThirdEye Managed Services provides a premium, fully managed support service for Salesforce and associated cloud platforms. The service is designed for public sector organisations requiring reliable, proactive and secure operational support for business-critical digital services.

The service includes incident management, defect resolution and service request handling, alongside proactive platform monitoring, optimisation and release support. We provide continuous improvement through regular health checks, performance reviews and roadmap recommendations to ensure platforms remain secure, compliant and aligned to organisational needs.

ThirdEye Managed Services includes access to Salesforce-certified cloud support engineers with deep platform expertise. Buyers are also assigned a named Technical Release Manager who acts as the primary point of contact, providing service governance, prioritisation, reporting and strategic oversight. The Technical Release Manager ensures support activities align with operational priorities and delivery outcomes.

Support is provided during UK business hours, with extended hours and on-call support available by agreement. Services are delivered primarily remotely within the UK, with on-site support available where required.

ThirdEye Managed Services is charged as a monthly managed service based on platform complexity, service scope and required response times. Pricing is agreed at contract award and provides predictable, transparent costs with no hidden charges.

    Policy Outcome 1: Fair work: That offers fair wages and good working conditions. Help people get a job, stay in work, and progress in their careers, with good employment opportunities across the country. Notes: Where there is a large proportion of labour costs in the contract, commercial teams should consider MAC in Outcome 1 as a priority

    • New or retained jobs on the contract workforce in the relevant area that meet the criteria set out in MAC 1b, 1c and 1d
