Service scope

Service constraints
Support is primarily delivered remotely via secure channels, with on-site assistance available only in limited circumstances. Successful service delivery relies on the client providing timely access to Amazon Connect and any related systems. Integration timelines may vary depending on the complexity of existing infrastructure and dependencies on third-party platforms. Training sessions are scheduled in line with client availability and may require a minimum number of participants to proceed. The service scope does not include ongoing management of third-party applications beyond the initial integration points. Additionally, not all external applications are supported by Amazon Connect, and integration limitations may apply.
