Our service is delivered primarily through remote collaboration, ensuring secure and efficient cloud support. Onsite support may be arranged by prior agreement. Scheduled maintenance and updates are performed outside standard UK business hours to minimise disruption. No specialist hardware configuration is required from the buyer’s side

Our integrated web chat provides real-time support via both AI-assisted and live human agents. The chatbot guides users to relevant help articles before escalating to a support specialist when needed. Testing was conducted with users employing screen readers (NVDA and JAWS) and keyboard-only navigation to ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility standards.
Support levels
Bluebow provides three tiers of cloud support:
1. Standard Support (included): Email and ticketing assistance during UK business hours (9am - 5pm, Mon - Fri) with a 2-hour initial response SLA.
2. Enhanced Support (optional): Extended coverage (8am - 8pm, Mon - Sat) with priority escalation and proactive monitoring - from £450 per month.
3. Premium Support (optional): 24/7 incident management, quarterly service reviews, and on-demand technical consultancy - from £950 per month.

All support levels include access to a dedicated Cloud Support Engineer for technical troubleshooting and a Technical Account Manager for strategic guidance, service optimisation, and reporting.

Clients receive regular performance updates, trend analysis, and improvement recommendations to ensure consistent uptime, cost control, and secure cloud operations.

Additional project-based or out-of-hours support can be arranged under separate agreement.
