We will help you conduct a SWOT analysis and then assess the technical environment. This will include the amount of storage needed and the associated costs. We will work with you to select the right cloud partner for you and your requirements and then select the correct cloud environment needed. The next phase will be to help you determine the architecture and then select the right cloud provider. Boston Hale will then help you plan and execute the migration. This will include steps for a successful execution - data backup to ensure your data is easily retrievable, deployment, migration so that business continuity is maintained and testing to make sure your data is present and correct and the environment is secure. Once this is complete Boston Hale will help you monitor the implementation

Boston Hale makes a commitment to be a carbon-neutral organisation consistent with the UK government’s own target date, if not sooner.
