End-of-contract data extraction
At Contract End, full access to raw data can be provided through Atkin Bowen Offboarding Service. Formatted Data available through - Self Service Reporting. The Atkin Bowen offboarding Service may be subject to a separate charge on a T&M basis. To be agreed at the the time the service is requested.

Note well, for client SharePoint deployed services, all data will automatically remain on the client infrastructure.
End-of-contract process
Data Handover effort can be included for handover of the full datafile. This needs to be requested within 30 days after Contract End. After which, all Buyer data will be removed from any Atkin Bowen infrastructure.
