In this phase we will agree the goals, audience, sources and outcomes of the Pilot and the configuration that you have identified. We will set up the AI solution to support your use cases so you can see it in action with your data.
In addition to the specific configuration for your requirements, the Pilot comes with over 100 sample use cases that are available for you to review and demonstrate. This covers areas of the organisation such as such as HR, IT, Finance, Customer Service who might be interested in a copilot to support internal or external processes. Other sample use cases include Office 365 Adoption and Student services for you to try.
Once configured with your sample data, the use cases will be made available for eight weeks to your and your colleagues to use and to showcase to stakeholders and other interest parties within your organization. ICS.AI will work closely with you during the evaluation period to demonstrate the solution, answer questions and to help develop the return on Investment and business case for the use cases that progress to a full production deployment. - Planning service works with specific services
