The PMO Support Service is available Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00, excluding UK public holidays. Remote support and advice can also be provided outside core hours by arrangement. On-site support can be scheduled according to customer needs.
We provide flexible support options based on engagement level:
Standard PMO Support – Ad-hoc or part-time support for projects, programmes, or portfolios, including planning, reporting, RAID management, and governance.
Enhanced PMO Support – Full-time embedded PMO support for projects or programmes, including stakeholder coordination, benefits tracking, and delivery oversight.
Each engagement is assigned a dedicated PMO Lead who acts as the main point of contact, coordinates all support activities, ensures timely delivery, and escalates issues where required. While not a technical account manager or cloud support engineer, the PMO Lead provides end-to-end oversight for cloud, digital, and transformation initiatives.
Flexible, bespoke support arrangements can be agreed depending on project size, duration, and complexity. Additional consultants can be provided to scale PMO capacity as needed.
