The methodology ensures all business intelligence, analytics and insight supports strategic and operational outcomes, and includes a suitable business operating model which includes the relevant skills and capabilities to securely deliver, share and maintain Strategic Insights, Performance Management, Operational Reporting, and share internally and externally with partners/suppliers/public.
