Itelligent-i has developed the Information Strategy Methodology (ISM) including templates for implementing a Microsoft Azure Data and Analytics Platforms for Public Sector organisations. The methodology ensures all business intelligence, analytics and insight supports strategic and operational outcomes, and includes a suitable business operating model which includes the relevant skills and capabilities to securely deliver, share and maintain Strategic Insights, Performance Management, Operational Reporting, and share internally and externally with partners/suppliers/public.

Included in the ISM is assurance and review for the resolution of Data Quality and Governance issues to ensure all legal requirements are adhered to against GDPR, DPA, Transparency Act, Freedom of Information and more.

itelligent-i's Data and Analytics Platform enables big & small data to be processed but importantly provides a single version of the truth for all Analytics and Insight needs for small and large organisations.

itelligent-i has experience of extracting, storing, processing and analysing Local Authority Line of Business systems, and has proven experience which can be referenced.
