In the event there are issues, planning support in developing optimal digital strategies will be put in place through use of risk modelling and handling plan development to ensure back to green delivery – whilst at the same time ensuring processes are in place to track and manage matter progress, obligations, improve speed of contracting, reduce scope creep and reduce change costs and wasted expenditure.
Planning services not related to a specific contract will be outcomes focused toward the implementation of process improvements including:

► Contract Compliance Reviews (develop metrics to determine how well a contract is being managed
► Proactive Obligations Management to ensure contract performance and minimize spend erosion

►At Atkin Bowen, we've developed two unique tools to support all contracts and legal professionals allowing access to real time contract data and analytics to make faster and smarter decisions.
►COAL (Contracting & Commercial Account Lifecycle); and LOAD (Legal Operations, Administration and Analytics Delivery) tracking tools with regular metrics input facilitates the real time tracking of risk, contract and matter performance, compliance and contract base and portfolio reporting.
► Atkin Bowen is happy to support Buyers in making best use of their own processes and software including third party software (e.g. Obligations Management, CLM, Legal Matter Management systems). This software and digital process support can then be used in developing optimal digital strategies to be put in place in order to make contracting more efficient (speed of contracting), reduce scope creep, improve contract financial performance and reduce change costs / wasted expenditure.
