Gradintelligence warrants 99.95% service availability, measured on a monthly basis, excluding planned maintenance and events outside of our reasonable control. Availability is continuously monitored.

If availability falls below the guaranteed level in a given month, the customer will be entitled to service credits of up to 10% of the monthly service charge for the affected service period. Service credits are applied to future invoices and are the customer’s sole remedy for availability breaches. Full measurement and exclusions are defined in the service agreement.

Data and key services are protected using replication to ensure continuity in the event of component or infrastructure failure. Application components are continuously monitored, capacity can be scaled to manage peak demand, and encrypted backups are maintained and tested.

Detailed datacentre resilience and disaster recovery arrangements are available on request.
