User shall report service issues to Provider's designated support contact via [email/phone/online portal], providing a detailed description of the issue, any error messages, and any steps taken to reproduce the issue.
In the event that a service issue is not resolved within the agreed upon resolution time, User may escalate the issue to Provider's management for further review and resolution.
Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to respond to service issues reported by User. Provider agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure that the service ("Service") is available to User at least [X]% of the time during each calendar month, excluding scheduled maintenance.
