- We will provide service support to set-up and establish a Dimensions RM service in the Cloud. Dimensions RM Requirements Management application is designed to run either in-Cloud or On-Prem. Our RM consultancy team will work closely with the buyer stakeholders and Dimensions RM application provider, to establish the Cloud hosting needs and also the route to migration of existing requirements from a legacy requirements management solution.

- Our consulting team will work with the software vendor, Cloud service provider and Buyer IT stakeholders to dashboard the performance of the application, Cloud services and Network provision. Recommendation will be made to configure the Dimensions RM application and database for performance. The Cloud instance will be reviewed to ensue correct leverage of Cloud caching and processing configurations to ensure the right compute instance is in place and optimised for features such as storage capacity and data-intensive processing. Networking will be reviewed to assess bandwidth and network availability, minimise latency, packet loss and jitter and maximise throughput.

- We provide the DimensionsRM toolset hosted in a Cloud provided by a Cloud service provider of our service choice, for public or private (secure) on-line Cloud services where the Buyer has no available or preferred Cloud service provider. Where a Cloud service provider can be chosen by the buyer, public or private, we will seek to host the DimensionsRM toolset on that Cloud service. Where we are providing the Cloud hosting service, our Cloud service provider will provide the services to support that cloud hosting, including hosting the application across the available network of physical and virtual servers, providing compute resources from a resource pool with the ability to scale resources to the application DimensionsRM toolset on up or down, as required, with aligned security and disaster recovery services.

Support covers three key areas:
[a] Requirements Elicitation & Specification; capture, analysis, refinement and prioritisation/(MoSCoW)
[b] Requirements Management; system lifecycle traceability/audit, change control, impact analysis
[c] Requirements Process Adoption; affecting appropriate schemas and metrics, tailored to the project lifecycle
[3] APPLY: DimensionsRM toolset application support; delivery of toolset /licences, instantiation of toolset service On-Prem / Cloud and user set-up
[4] TRAIN: BASIC tool training (remote or on-site). ADVANCED tool training aligned to the DimensionsRM project specific delivery. TTT option available.
[5] POST: Post-implementation Requirements Management support; one working day response maximum to request for support across the full range of areas; dedicated email support provision.
[6] REVIEW: On-site programme dashboard review running to highlight areas for improvement and/or resolve issues
