Getting started
Deepc supports customers every step of the way to get their service up and running.

We provide onsite and remote implementation support during the initial implementation phase. This implementation phase includes access to an extensive range of online learning, including training materials, videos, webinars, etc.

We can also provide onsite, classroom based training either on a 1-1, 1-few or 1-many basis.

All deepc solutions are extensively documented and this will all be made available as part of the service to the customer.

End-of-contract data extraction
Deepc is fully committed to ensuring continuity of service and especially continuity of patient care. We will work with the customer and any nominated 3rd party/new supplier to ensure the transfer of any data at the end of one of our contracts is seamless.

We would go through a data migration process of qualifying, cleansing, validating, staging, transferring, more validation and certification of both the transfer and the destruction of data once the work is complete, as required and agree with the customer.

An explicitly defined process is followed for all change management requests. We operate an internal change control board. All requests must be made to and approved by the board. Once approved, they are time limited as to when they can occur and success (or issues) must be reported back to the board, and then the change is signed off fully.

deepc.ai plays its part in fighting climate change and moving towards net zero.

As a company we have policies in place to manage travel more effectively, do more working remotely rather than face to face and practical procedures in place to reduce our power consumption, especially working in the field of AI.

Externally, through the nature of our software solutions, we enable people to work and deliver care remotely or on the go, without the need to require patients to always travel to a location or equally for staff to make a journey - all this helps in the fight against climate change.
