AMaT provides a single level of support via its ticketing system which is available to all Super Users at licensed organisations. Support is provided free-of-charge, and the service level agreement provides for the appropriate response - application or technical - within half an hour during UK business hours.

Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
AMaT provides comprehensive training to all the Super Users in an organisation as they onboard. This includes training for each module, help in setting up initial projects, and ongoing support. Further training is provided as and when an organisation starts to use additional modules.
All users have access to AMaT Academy, which includes a large library of training videos.
Finally, open training sessions occur twice a year.

End-of-contract data extraction
At contract termination, the Trust/Health Board will have a 30-day grace period in which to extract their data using the suite of APIs that is provided with AMaT. In the event that any required data belonging to the Trust/Health Board is not included in the suite, then either an existing API will be amended or a new API created to include that new data.
End-of-contract process
At the end of contract, the organisation has the option to extend their licence (under a new contract) or to extract their data as previously described. There would be no additional charge for this.

Independence of resources
Our servers have built in redundancy that allows 165% over-allocation of resources when concurrency is high. All processes are tethered such that genuine concurrency is kept to a minimum. Our servers and database typically run at under 20% capacity.
As a consequence of the above, increases in demand have no effect on users.
