A fixed price implementation service is provided covering installation, localisation of web forms, configuration of the integration service and support for user acceptance testing. A full test pack and test scripts are provided. eCAPTURE can be installed, configured, tested and accepted in 6 elapsed weeks; UCDS in 2 elapsed weeks; webCAPTURE in 12 elapsed weeks.

At the end of the contract, on an agreed date, service loaders will be disabled. The VPN supplied will be disconnected and the Local Host gateway server collected. A 2-day charge may be applicable.

Description of customisation

Govtech will limit the impact of any contract-specific operations on the climate by confining contract-related travel to "for essential purposes only"; where possible and practicable, public transport will be used. Govtech's company car fleet policy mandates all-Electric Vehicles. Govtech provides EV chargers at work for the use of any employees with EVs and was one of the first companies in Gloucestershire to do so, in 2013. Govtech supports the Cycle to Work Scheme. Govtech actively supports and promotes the employment of local people in its own locality; consequently, around 1/3 of Govtech's employees walk or cycle to work.
