How the planning service works
Openbox will evaluate and help select the most appropriate hosting, software or SaaS products. This includes the required analysis of business needs, budgets, security implications and timescales. Our team of cloud specialists will design the end to end solution to give maximum performance and cost efficiency. Security is always top priority for Openbox, so any solution that we produce will always be water tight from a security perspective. We are Cyber Essentials and ISO-27001 certified demonstrating our commitment to security.
We also ensure that the Customer is at the centre of everything we do, whether that be you or your end users. Too often systems and applications are designed by people who believe they know what is best for their user and never speak to them. We produce prototypes, validate and iterate our designs to make sure that we get it right every time. We analyse, understand and quantify customer behaviour so that we can ensure the customer journey produces optimal results. We can also help devise a workload placement strategy to define the appropriate placement of applications within the cloud.

Openbox can provide varying levels of support. We can supply Cloud engineers to act in a support capacity. We tend to find our clients prefer to go down a DevOps route that allows skilled consultants to help developers and to support the cloud platform/application suite.

Openbox does not provide frontline support but more third line support to find and fix urgent issues. The cost will remain consistent.
