This can be updating an element to reduce technical debt, designing a new accessible user interface, developing an open API for a new integration or migrating to the Cloud.
Our approach is to perform a discovery exercise to map the current implementation to requirements, user needs, technology in use vs modern standards ie open source, GDS service standard. This identifies where your application requires attention.
We focus on the most impactful areas to deliver the most value first. We prioritise through developing a roadmap with you matched to your organisational goals.
This is then using Agile, and GDS 3 month missions approach, and continuous deployment to transition to the modernised application.

We can offer both onsite and remote training throughout the engagement, designed to upskill your internal teams. It enables your team to maintain and provide their own continuous improvements to the services we deliver. Training services are typically agreed as part of the initial planning phase to ensure we are clear on the level of training you require.
This could be delivered in a number of ways, including one-to-one coaching, pair programming, show and tells, workshop sessions, webinars or user guides. During the planning phase, we would also formulate an exit plan to ensure this is tied into the deliverables schedule.
