- If the customer ends the contract for HR Documents Simplified, they will no longer have access to the product, the customer will need to inform NTT DATA in writing of the decision not to use the product. NTT DATA will arrange for the specific configuration for HR Documents Simplified to be removed from the customers SuccessFactors system and the functionality will no longer be available to the buyer. The time spent by the consultants to de-activate the functionality will be billable to the buyer and the cost of this will be advised at the time of termination.
