Onboarding and offboarding

Getting started
The implementation needs and objectives of each customer is unique. Clinical Architecture, work with customer’s stakeholders to identify and support the design and implementation. Additionally, we work with stakeholders to develop a specific implementation plan based on the needs and expectations of the client. This includes identifying interfaces, exports and reports specific to the customer.
Each Symedical implementation has agreed specific, appropriate, targeted success criteria. During the implementation process, Clinical Architecture works with customers to define, document and monitor these goals. Specific success criteria and associated measurements will be defined as part of the implementation process. Remote training is provided, along with extensive user documentation.
